Membership

 

 Become a Member 

  • Fill out the respective application

    • ​All returning members must fill out a renewal application

  • Login to MyUNLV and access the UNLV Involvement Center to request membership (Refer to the How To Document Hours Tutorial)

  • NO hard-copy application or membership fee necessary for Fall 2020 Semester 

 

Requirements

  • No GPA requirement

  • Must be attending a NSHE school in Las Vegas, NV

  • Abide by the Policy

 

  • Credits (Spring 2021 semester)

    • Humanitarian/Wellness/Speaker Events ........ 10 credits total

      • Speaker Events........2/10 required 

 

 

Membership Fees

  • Fees will be waived for the Spring 2021 semester

  • ALL membership fees are valid for two (2) semesters.

    • e.g. Paid September = valid for Fall - Spring semester

    • e.g. Paid March  = valid for Spring - Fall semester

APHP BYLAWS:

AT AN EVENT

  • It is the members responsibility to find the Officer in Charge (OIC) to sign-in at all the events.

  • All members who fail to wear their APHP shirt at Humanitarian and Fundraising events will receive a half (0.5) credit deduction for that event.

  • All members who are over fifteen (15) minutes late to a Humanitarian, Fundraising, and Wellness event will receive a one (1) credit deduction for respective committee for that event.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 48 Hour Cancellation Policy: Member must find a replacement if a waitlist is not present; 0 credit deduction unless they are unable to find a replacement.

  • 24 Hour Cancellation Policy: 1 credit deduction

  • LESS THAN 24 Hour Cancellation Policy: 2 credit deduction

  • No Show: 3 additional credits will be required to be made up
