Hi, everyone! My name is Lydia and I am a pre-professional biology major. I hope to gain admission to medical school in the next few years to become a surgeon. Outside of APHP, I volunteer at Spring Valley Hospital. Also, I have been working as an SI leader for gen chem for the past year. For fun, I love to go on road trips with friends, go to the gym, or binge watch a new show on Netflix. When I’m not in class, you can most likely find me in the library, at the gym, or in line at Canes. As the Fundraising Co-chair, I want to continue APHP’s mission for giving back to the community and look forward to the events that will be held. I love to talk and to make new friends, so don’t hesitate to say hi if you ever see me! I look forward to meeting you all and am excited for the year ahead of us!

What do you call an acid with an attitude? Ah-mean-oh acid. Hi, my name is Frances. I am a Pre-professional Biology major and aspiring to be a neonatologist or dermatologist. When I'm not focusing on school, I enjoy going to the gym, watching movies, jokes( puns, pickup lines, dad jokes, honestly I laugh at everything), looking up cute videos of small dogs, and spending time with friends and family. I am a very spontaneous person and can say and ask the most random things. One of things I always say is " Tell me a story." I love hearing stories and getting a view of someone else's life, whether it's something they did yesterday, or 10 years ago. I love hearing them!  I hope this year I can build relationships with everyone. As fundraising co-chair I am excited on creating new opportunities for APHP to raise funds and give back to the community.  If anyone ever needs to talk, have someone to eat with or hear a random joke, don't be afraid to approach me.
